Sadly the outer metal of the mirror was very bent when we unboxed, so we’ll have to return. I daren’t take the risk trying to order another one as fear they may all be damaged, it’s a frustration of not being able to see items like this in the store before purchasing.

I previously reviewed this with only 1 star as the item arrived very damaged. I wasn’t going to attempt to get a replacement but in the end I decided to give Dunelm a chance to rectify and so arranged the courier collection to return for a replacement (which was all a fairly smooth process). I was hesitant that a replacement would actually be sent and half expected to just get a refund but thankfully a replacement was automatically shipped out within a few days and the new mirror was in a lot better shape. There were still a few issues (mostly a couple of small areas where the gold leaf effect has come off) but all in all MUCH better so we have kept the replacement as it’s just the look we wanted for a statement wall and I’ve struggled to find many other things out there of a similar size.

So pleased with this mirror – it’s beautiful and looks stunning on our kitchen wall. Our accent colour is copper for accessories so this really sets the room off. Definitely would reccomend!
